The PA NSW Half Yearly Meeting will be held on Sunday 25th October via Zoom.

A 2021 Calendar meeting will be held prior to the meeting, commencing at 10.00am.  Participants for the Calendar meeting will be limited to 2 representatives from each Zone.  Observers are welcome.

The Half Yearly Meeting will then commence at 1 pm. 

Invitation details and draft Agenda will be distributed and sent to Zone Secretaries closer to the date.

As this will be the first major PA NSW meeting held via Zoom, the Board would appreciate early advice of any issues you would like to raise.  In particular, the early receipt of any papers would be welcome so they can be circulated to delegates prior to the meeting.

Grateful if any agenda items, Notice of Motions, and the names of each Zone's Delegates could be sent to the SEO.
