Each year all official positions are appointed at the Annual General Meeting, AGM.

All members are eligible and are encouraged to indicate if they would be willing to take on any one of these roles. (see below)

PA NSW Positions include:

Coaching Director

Coaching Panel - 2 positions 

Director of Umpiring, and 2 Deputies

Grading Officer

Draw Committee

Youth Development Officer

Horse Welfare Officer

Equipment Officer

Book Keeper and Uniform Officer

For 2021 it has been determined that the NSW Book Keeper and Uniform Officer will continue be held by the one appointee, Belinda Cosgrove, to continue with streamlining the stock control and accounting systems that commenced in 2020.
