To avoid event clashes & allow a smoother calendar planning process, all clubs planning major events for 2023 need to submit a detailed event proposal to PANSW for consideration prior to 31 January 2022. Once event concept/details are approved by the Board, the event proposals will be tabled for approval by Council at the February AGM for inclusion in the 2023 calendar.
