The Constitution of Polocrosse Association of NSW Incorporated prescribes that nominations for Director positions are called within 60 days of the AGM and must be received no later than 15 days after opening. Unfortunately, owing to the late finalisation of the calendar (and hence the AGM) and the Christmas break where the closing date would fall in the holiday period, we have not opened nominations until today. Whilst we do not wish to move the AGM from the proposed date of the 22nd February, we hereby place notice that the 60 days required will be shortened to 40 days however the timeframe for submission remains at 15 days as specified. All nominations are required to be provided to the SEO by no later than 28 January 2025.

Should any member feel that this outcome is unsuitable or inequitable in any circumstance, please notify the SEO via email and we will move the AGM to a later date to be in full compliance of the specified dates.

Please take this correspondence as notice of nominations for two vacant Director positions upon the Polocrosse Association of NSW Incorporated Board of Directors. Each elected position will hold a two (2) year term from the date of election to the AGM in 2027. For those wishing to nominate, please follow the instructions on the nomination form and have it returned to the SEO by COB 28 January 2025.
