- A special meeting will be held prior to the half yearly to finalise carnival dates for 2020. All zones should ensure they have representatives present. Zone secretaries are asked to provide a list of clubs preferred dates to Vicki ASAP or complete their submissions via the app link -

- National Championships - Ballarat Vic 30th Mar - 5 Apr 2020
- The PA NSW half yearly meeting will be held on Dubbo on Saturday 19th October 2019. More information will be provided closer to time.
- NZ Junior Tour - January 2020, nominations are open on the app for Juniors interested in selection for this tour. NZ Polocrosse will shortly be providing the definite dates and carnivals. Link for nominations -
- NZ Junior Exchange - January 2020, nominations are now open for two juniors to once again travel to NZ on the annual exchange. Please complete nominations via the app. NZ will be providing definite dates in the coming weeks but expect early January. Link for nominations -
