Dear Members,

As there are moves at the NSW state level to ease COVID 19 restrictions, and with discussion of commencement of high profile sports, PA NSW consider it timely to commence discussion of the NSW polocrosse 2020 season.

The recent PAA AGM "Zoom" meeting provided a good model for effective discussions with a number of participants and observers. 

PA NSW are therefore proposing to hold a "Zoom Meeting" with officials from each Zone.  We suggest Zone Presidents and 2-3 other officials be identified as participants, with additional observers also welcome.

Time:  Saturday 16th May 4 pm

                            Timing: Lead time required, scheduling of events

                            Options: Practices; Competitions; Participation 

                            Management: Role of State, Zones and Clubs.

Grateful if all Zones could commence preparatory discussions within your members and advise the SEO, via e mail, who will be the Zone participants.

A link with instruction on how to access will be provided to Zone Secretaries closer to the time.

We would also encourage all members to download the COVID app, it may enable us to get playing sooner !
